We're available by appointment 9am - 5pm Monday, Wednesday and Friday and 1pm - 5pm Tuesday and Thursday as well as afterhours to ensure that the proper time and care is given to each and every pet that comes to our facility.
I highly recommend Josh and New Leaf Pet Aqua Cremation Inc. Being new to the London area, I was at a loss. Not sure exactly who to trust or where to go with regards of my beloved fur baby of 14 years “Peanut”. I wanted to honor my best friend’s passing with the utmost gentlest approach. After googling “London area dog cremations” and finding New Leaf Pet Aqua Cremation Inc. I reached out to Josh who was very helpful, respectful and sympathetic about Peanut and the high emotions I was experiencing. I never heard of Pet Aqua Cremation and Josh was very supportive with regards to educating me about it. Josh brought Peanut back home within a week as promised. We were very happy to have Peanut back home!! Along with Peanut, Josh had prints of Peanut’s paw/nose, fur clipping, his mirco-chip, certificate and digital imprint paperwork. I cannot say enough good things about Joshua and the services he provides. His compassion, respect, kindness and willingness to accommodate with saying goodbye to our beloved cat, Madison, at home made going through it that much easier - we had absolute peace of mind. I never thought I would have found myself researching pet cremation, but we are so happy we stumbled upon New Leaf Josh was very quick to respond to our request and extremely professional You can tell he has a real passion for what he does We had our dog back within a week as Josh promised, and he goes that extra mile Paw and nose prints, a clipping of fur and he even seperated the ashes into two bags as requested so we can plant some with a tree in the spring We have never had to experience losing a pet and this experience brought it to personal level and would highly recommend

I received kind, patient service for my cat, when I was teary and incoherent and frail. There were some very nice keepsakes added at no extra charge, and my cat's remains will be sprinkled in a nice place. The price was very reasonable.
